Let me take you down autumn lane where
Ash trees, maple trees and Amber trees line most of the streets in my neighbourhood, with the most spectacular foliage coverage. On my evening walks I would be mesmerised by the amazing colours that would beam of the trees, bright red, orange, yellow, green and brown would light up our streets as the evening sun settled in for the night. Hearing the sound of the leaves rustling in the wind and breathing in the autumn air gave me the sense of feeling that winter was around the corner. Being in lockdown and only being able to take walks with my children, was something we looked forward to every evening. I became quite inspired to paint what I saw and how autumn made me feel by using alcohol ink and assorted pens I have incorporated that exact feeling in my exhibition and brought to life
The Season After Summer.
Thank you.
